REIKI is the Japanese word for Universal Life Force Energy
Rei "Universal"; Ki "Vital Life force energy which flows through all living things"
- is an extremely pleasant, holistic method of healing
- is an ancient, non-invasive, hands-on therapy that promotes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being as it functions on all levels
- adjusts itself according to the needs of the recipient, flowing only in the quantities and to the areas necessary for the recipient
- assists in self-healing, by supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself
- re-establishes spiritual equilibrium and mental well-being, vitalizing both body and soul
- loosens up blocked energy and promotes a state of total relaxation reducing stress
- balances the body’s energies
- cleanses the body of poisons and toxins
- deals not only with the physical pain, but the cause as well
- does not interfere with any medications or medical treatments
- works with animals and plants
Reiki has been described as:
- Light Vibration or energy;
- Channel from the universe;
- One of the masters of Budda said the manner of application of "hands on" helps to achieve "webs of light between the fingers";
- One of the very early teachers - Hawayo Takata compared Reiki to a broadcast from a radio Station "Shortwave Treatment"; saying "Reiki is the greatest secret in the science of energetics";
- Some feel a kind of flowing sensation – combined with hot/cold.
FIRST DEGREE: This degree is a permanent attunement to the Reiki Ray life-force energy. Once initiated, it allows a person to channel Reiki energy for healing oneself and others on all levels of existence. It requires no special invocation or alteration of the thinking process to "turn on" the flow of Reiki. By simply placing hands on and opening the heart to love, one automatically brings in the energy. One day workshop - Fee $125
SECOND DEGREE: This degree adds the keys (symbols) to take your Reiki to the next level with Mental/Emotional and Absentee healing. One evening & one day - Fee $250
THIRD DEGREE: The Master level. A very special degree which allows you to teach Reiki.

Take some time to learn how to Muscle Test for yourself and how to use a Pendulum. Both skills can be helpful in many ways. eg. Use muscle testing to confirm vitamin brand or how many to take.
